Details about this class
This fully online class will explore the practices and benefits of mediation.Learn about new techniques, studies, and even moving meditations.
The class will include weekly practice of 2.5 hours and also some lecture reading and discussion posts, for a total of 3 hours required for your one credit class. You are encouraged to check into the online classroom 2-3 times a week to stay up to date in the course, read announcements, and check for emails.
This class is self paced, so it is great for those of you with busy schedules who need a little flexibility.
