不良研究所鈥檚 Dental programs and clinic are located on the third floor of the Vanport Building (formerly the Fourth and Montgomery building), next to Portland State University in downtown Portland. The building and its offerings are an unprecedented collaboration between the City of Portland and Portland鈥檚 three public higher education institutions: 不良研究所, Oregon Health & Science University, and Portland State University. This innovative joint project offers additional professional development opportunities for students, stimulates local economic growth, and fosters new public-private partnerships.
The Vanport Building houses classrooms for PSU鈥檚 College of Education, the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health, 不良研究所鈥檚 Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting programs, as well as 不良研究所’s Institute for Health Professionals Dental Health Education non-credit program. It also includes offices for the city鈥檚 Bureau of Planning and Sustainability, 不良研究所’s free dental clinic, low-cost mental health services, as well as ground-floor retail and restaurants.
