This is a fully online course. This course does not have any required weekly zoom sessions. However, I am always available to schedule individual zoom or phone meetings with students. The work is due every Sunday.

• Prerequisites: IRW 115 or (WR 115 and RD 115), and (MTH 65 or MTH 98) or equivalent placement; and BI 112 or cellular biology equivalent.

Hi there! 

I look forward to having you in my class. Here is some information about the class so you know what to expect. 

There is NO TEXT to rent, borrow or purchase for this course! You are enrolled in an Open Educational Resource (OER) course. All the reading is incorporated into each weekly module, either directly in the content or through links to articles and videos. I encourage the use of Google Suite for document submission, though it is not required and Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint work well. iOs products are not compatible with D2L at this time.

You do need to purchase the eshaTRAK dietary analysis access code for $15 through the ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù Online Bookstore. This does not need to be purchased until after the first month of instruction and you will receive instructions on how to purchase this a few weeks into the course.
