Details about this class

This course is 'Web Online (no scheduled meetings),' which means we will NOT be meeting as a class via Zoom in D2L. The textbook is "QuickBooks Online/Comprehensive, 24-25, Hartley, Labyrinth Learning." The course syllabus and assignment schedule will be emailed to registered students before the beginning of the term.  You will also set up a required Labyrinth eLab account with an access code included when you purchase the required textbook.  If you have any questions, please email the instructor: LaVerne Lewis  laverne.lewis15@pcc.edu[opens in new window] 

Technology

You will need access to a desktop or laptop computer and reliable internet connection. You will be required to access:

  1. D2L - Discussion Forums
  2. eLab Learning for uploading weekly Excel reports 
  3. QuickBooks Online (One-Year Trial Subscription)
  4. Textbook/ebook 

Popup blockers on the browser will need to be turned off. iPads and cell phones will not work properly.

No show policy

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
