Hi Welcome to Legal Ethics! I'm glad you're here! Topics we explore in this class include the Oregon Rules of Professional Conduct; licensing of paralegals; behavioral legal ethics; our professional identity as advocates, unauthorized practice of law; and the access to justice crisis. You must bring to class a hard copy of the For Spring 2025, make certain you have a hard copy of the rules for lawyers, not licensed paralegals.
