The Troubled Employee online class examines various factors contributing to the development of troubled employees and alternative methods to manage these behaviors effectively.

You will have opportunities to recognize positive employee performance, successfully manage problem employee behavior, and analyze effective disciplinary processes. In addition, you will identify potentially troubled employee work habits and attitudes (e.g., absenteeism, tardiness, sudden personality change), Employee Assistance Programs, and possible community assistance agencies.
