Details about this class
Hello! I am excited to share my love of learning with you, as we engage in Medical Terminology! This is an online course!
For more detailed information on this course, check out the Course Content and Outcomes Guide (CCOG) for MP 111!
We will be using the Medical Language by Susan M. Turley, 5th edition, book.
- Please acquire this book prior to the first day of class!
- Note: There is a 6th edition; we are only requiring the 5th.
Technology
You will be expected to have:
- Access to a computer, tablet, or smart phone (must have a microphone)
- Reliable internet to access our classroom D2L shell
If you do not have access to the above, please contact me, as we can work together to come up with a solution!
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
