Details about this class
In this course we will dive into the awesome topic of Advanced Video Editing. Projects will include Live Event multi-cam editing, Documentary / Client video workflow, Explainer video workflow (using Motion Graphics) and Promotional video.
Tuesday's section is our primary class day. Thursdays will be our Lab time for project review.
Attendance at scheduled class sessions is required. Lecture recordings will be made available as a back-up.
Technology
If Editing at home check the Multimedia Technology specifications page for computer recommendations. Chromebooks or tablets are not recommended.
Required:
- Regular access to a computer, Mac or PC, that can run Adobe 'Premiere Pro' - System requirements for
- 不良研究所 offers student licenses for the Adobe CC Suite. Please watch your 不良研究所 email in the week prior to course start for information about how to access it.
- This class will use 不良研究所's student account of (this will be set up in Class)
- Recommended: an external hard drive 500+ Gigs
- Use of Apple Cloud Desktop or other cloud storage is not recommended for working with digital media files. Such software automatically moves large files from your hard drive to iCloud, and deletes the local copy. You must have sufficient local storage to work on digital media files.
