Details about this class
Hi students!
This is a fully ONLINE course with no required meeting times. However, students should be able to engage with the content and fellow students an average of 2-3 times each week. The content in this course is so relevant and important to our day to day lives and I really believe in your successful engagement with the information.
This course operates in a weekly module format with structured content. Assessments in the course include a weekly discussion (where we get to learn more about the content and from each other), a weekly quiz (open resource and no time limits) and 3 assignments (using the same format). Student assignments will ask you to engage with the content, apply concepts from the course, and reflect on the experience.
I will have office hours available to meet with students as desired (online) and am typically available via email M-F. Should you register for this section of HE 250, you can expect to receive an email and a syllabus from me in the couple of days before the term will begin.
The textbook for this course is:
YOUR HEALTH TODAYAuthor: TEAGUE
Edition: 9TH 24
ISBN: 9781265478230 OR 9781265482855
Please email me if you have any questions or concerns!
