Details about this class
Welcome to our class!
We will meet together once a week on Zoom on Wednesdays from 2:00 pm to 3:50 pm (PST) and I will introduce the topics for the week in short lectures. We'll work on our weekly Discussions and I'll introduce the weekly Assignments to get your started.
The rest of the week, you will work independently on weekly readings/audio and video content and the weekly Assignment and a short Quiz.
There is no textbook to buy since we will use free, online resources for this class!
Our class involves learning what stress is and how it affects our health: mental, physical, social, and more.
You will learn to apply that information through self-reflection, to your own life, to better manage stress.
The goal is not just to learn about stress, but to improve your health and well being with this knowledge.
I look forward to meeting you on Zoom!
Dr. LaRosa
