Welcome to HE 242: Stress and Human Health!
My name is Michael, and I'm the instructor for the class.
The expectations for our 4-credit class are:

- Before coming to our Zoom session, you

- Submit two graded items.

- 2-hour Zoom session (Thursdays, 9:00 to 10:50 am)
- Here, we delve into the more challenging concepts, work with other classmates, and discuss and reflect on the course content. This collaborative approach requires students to remain engaged.
- At the end of the Zoom session, you submit a Self-Assessment and Reflection.
