Understanding the Art and Science of Vineyards
Vineyards are some of the most beautiful agricultural landscapes in the world. Beyond the beauty, there are enormous hurdles in vineyard design. Learn about the decisions winemakers make in order to cultivate healthy vines that produce the quantity and quality of grapes needed to make world class or mediocre tasting wines.
Three half-bottles of wine are included with registration. Students must pick up and instructor will email directions for wine pickup.
