Details about this class
This course fulfills gen ed requirements in social science at 不良研究所 and transfers to PSU and other colleges and universities as a 200 level elective in anthropology.
In this class you will read a classic ethnography and a contemporary ethnography from two different cultural areas of the world and analyze them from an anthropological perspective In addition to course readings, you will take weekly quizzes and post to discussion forums. There is one paper assignment focusing on the impact of culture change and colonialism on an African society.
